Sizakele Valashiya popularly known as Siza the boss is a beauty fanatic and an enthusiastic being.
She started her business in the beauty business in 2019.
“ The beauty industry is vast and growing.
“It allows individuals to better express themselves through colours, creativity and self expression,” she said.
She added that becoming a beautician allows everyone to learn every day.
She further added a profession in the beauty industry encourages imagination and artistry.
“If you are passionate about beauty, you need to be willing to refine your skills every now and again.
“Successful beauticians possess different skills which include attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to meet the diverse preferences of their clients and ensure a satisfying and aesthetically pleasing experience,” she added.
Siza teaches individual in her community on the different topics that relate to beauty, safety in the industry and creative explorations.
“I am passionate about empowering other people and the best way to do it is by sharing my knowledge about beauty.
“I give lessons about healthy precautions related to the industry, communication skills, self expression, creativity, and mobile services,” she said.
She added that adherence to health and safety standards, such as proper sterilisation of tools and equipment, is important to ensure the well-being of both clients and technicians.
“My role in my community is to provide skills and teach about the most overlooked issues and things in the industry,” Siza said.
She said she is yet to impact positively in other people’s lives just by teaching as much as she can about the industry of beauty from nails, lash extensions, massage therapy to make-up.
