An initiative that was held on the 5th Sept 2025 that empower ls employees of BFG Africa.
BFG has been a global leader and pioneer in composite design, engineering and manufacturing with 15 production facilities worldwide. The company believes charity begins at home and looking after employees and their family is very crucial and important.
An educational pack that consisted of brand new toughees school shoes, mini stationery and snack and bottle of water was given to the employees of BFG Africa, for their children at home to be fully empowered and supported with educational resources. A total of 63 employees children benefited with an educational pack. The initiative was a true success as employees showed their gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness for the care and love. Motivated employees are productive employees. BFG Africa does indeed care for its staff and its families and it has been proven.
Staff engagement and initiatives that empower and uplift the employees of BFG Africa will continue to run so employees are fully engaged and supported, leaving them feeling awesome and cared for by BFG Africa.
