A massive tragic accident happened at roundabout 6:45 on the R21 northbound. Twelve adults were declared dead on the incident, 45 others injured inclusive of the driver and several others are in different hospitals including a minor.
All lanes have been blocked and Ekurhuleni EMS spokesperson, Willian Ntladi, said they, they as the emergency services, are working together with the police and will ensure to get the message across to the victims’ family members.
“Nothing much can be disclosed as the incident is still in development.”
