The City of Ekurhuleni calls on residents and interested parties to make inputs on the draft Municipal Spatial Development Framework (MSDF) and Regional Spatial Development Frameworks for North, South and East regions of Ekurhuleni.
The abovementioned development frameworks are open for public comment in line with the provisions of Section 20(3) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA Act 16 of 2013) which require public participation before they are approved.
The draft Municipal Spatial Development Framework and three Regional Spatial Development Frameworks can be accessed from the municipal website at: www.ekurhuleni.gov.za

An executive summary of the draft proposals of the MSDF is further available at all public libraries situated in the City of Ekurhuleni.
The inputs received will be assessed and incorporated into the Final Documents for approval by the Ekurhuleni Municipal Council.
