The City of Ekurhuleni will no longer use the services of its third payment option Easy Pay, with effect from 30 November 2022.
As of 01 December 2022, the Easy Pay prefix 91339 used to make payments at retail stores will no longer be operational. Customers wishing to pay their municipal accounts at retail stores can use new third-party payment options such as Pay at and Cigicell using the prefix 11544 and the municipal account number at applicable outlets.
Alternatively, for more convenience, customers are encouraged to register on http://siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za/ to view their current account balances, download statements and make payments through Siyakhokha channels.
