On September 29, the Hejosta Hardware and Nursery attended an essential trade day that is hosted every year toward the year’s end. The event is to recognise the essential group stakeholders for the great job they do in terms of circulating essential products and also the recognition for long-serving under the brand essential group.
This event also gives them a heads-up on the upcoming products from their supplier which is an essential group. They also make sure that they bring other suppliers so that their brands can be showcased to the stakeholders and customers who attended.
Hejosta Hardware and the Nursery managed to scoop themselves an essential Member Loyalty Award 2024 where the biggest criteria for winning this award is serving a long period under the essential group.
Hejosta Hardware and Nursery has been with the essential group for the past five years where they have been thriving with excellence in distributing the essential products in the area of Benoni and the surrounding areas.
Hejosta Hardware and Nursery marketing team leader Zelda commented on how fun it is to attend these suppliers’ trade days because they give them as suppliers insights into the products they are selling to their customers.
As she continued she advised that new products would be hitting the Hejosta hardware and nursery shelves very soon.
She stated that they sit down and find better ways of improving the needs of their customers by selling the products that are needed by their clients day in and day out.
“It was so surprising winning the award as time goes fast when having fun with your customers as well as suppliers, it was not in our minds that we have been with the group for five years and now we just scooped a five-year loyalty member award in 2024,” Zelda said.
“Essential team comments in every journey be it professional or personal, loyalty stands as a beacon of strength guiding us through the highs and lows with unwavering dedication.”
