A 23 year-old Lehlohonolo Nkali who is a founder of a boot camp in (Rakele Park) Wattville, is hosting morning and afternoon training sessions. Lehlohonolo wishes to have an opportunity to go and study to be a professional personal trainer. Before he established the boot camp, he used to train alone every morning and in the afternoon up until one of a boot camp members noticed him, then he asked to join. He then decided to invite more people after realising that being a personal trainer it’s a calling to him, at first trying to get affective equipment was a problem for him, but he convinced the boot camp team to contribute so that they can buy enough equipment.
He then budgeted for a big speaker-box so that they can listen to inspirational music, that will lift up their spirit during training sessions. Boot camp is not only for those who want to lose weight, it’s also for those who want to keep themselves in good shapes or those who are keen to healthy life styles. In this boot camp there is no age restriction, everyone is welcome, in that pursuit he was trying to accommodate kids, by incorporating a 4pm to 5pm session for them, since they seem interested to join the boot camp, but pity he can’t, because some parents won’t allow it. The other issue is that they don’t even have shelter to avoid rain or smoke that comes from industrial area. Lehlohonolo Nkali said.
“I am just praying that we can find an indoor place where we can host our sessions, most of the time we skip sessions because of rain, living a healthy lifestyle is the only best solution in this Covid-19 period. No one is paying anything in this boot camp, I am doing this out of love and I am also trying to get experience since my wish is to go out there and study to be a professional trainer.”Some people in this life take every opportunity to become successful, since Lehlohonolo Nkali managed to start a boot camp how about we meet him halfway and donate or share any information that can make him pursue his professional personal training certificate. If you like to donate please contact Lehlohonolo Nkali on 061 019 0327, anyone is welcome to join the boot camp and he/she must bring his/her own mask and sanitizer.
