As the highly anticipated and tension-filled month of October rolls in, Grade 12 learners find themselves at a pivotal moment in their academic journey. It’s a time when they embark on their final examinations, signifying the culmination of their primary education.
Executive Mayor, Cllr Sivuyile Ngodwana, extends his heartfelt best wishes to all the learners, with a special focus on the matriculants. “This final assessment for this group of pupils marks the conclusion of a significant chapter in their educational voyage and the dawn of a new era.
“Completing twelve years of primary education is no small feat, and it’s a testament to their dedication that they’ve persevered till this moment. We are mindful that many young individuals encounter life’s challenges that prevent them from reaching the matriculation level. To those who will be sitting for their Grade 12 final exams this year, I extend my warmest wishes and encourage them to make the most of their last-minute preparations,” says Mayor Ngodwana.
The Executive Mayor’s office expresses its hope for a smooth and trouble-free administration of this year’s final matric examinations, scheduled to span from October to December.
“I genuinely hope that the class of 2023 experiences a peaceful and seamless examination period. Furthermore, I implore all families to stand by their children with unwavering support during this demanding phase,” Mayor Ngodwana concludes.
