The latest development adds to 1 110 title deeds which were handed over in the same area in July 2022.
Samuel Mthethwa (76) and Isaiah Mokoena (86) who is virtually impaired, were among the 460 residents who became title homeowners.
“Now I safely and confidently say that I own my house. Thanks to the government for making this a reality,” said Mr Mthethwa.
The City will continue distributing title deeds in an effort to ensure that locals enjoy security of tenure.
