Katlehong SAPS – Friday, 10 June 2022, Conduct youth month celebration with other stakeholders such as Social Crime Prevention, Community Police Forum, Lotsha support organisation, Ekupholeni, Dept of health, GBV Brigades.
The event’s primary focus was to educate youth about self-love and respect. Community organisations play a major role in building good leaders in the community and the Police also fit in such roles as they bring peace, stability, and a free society.
“Youth are the future leaders of society and it’s our responsibility as the current leaders in various fields to build them now while they are still young,” said one of the guest speakers, under the theme of the day, “Discipline plus education = success”.
