Lieutenant Colonel Sanjay Dookhi is ready to protect and serve the community of Tsakane. With awards like *Best Detective Officer* in the Ekurhuleni East Cluster 2018 Prestige Awards and years of experience at various stations, he’s no stranger to the job. Lieutenant Colonel Samuel Manaka welcomed him, saying, “Tsakane is a challenging station, and we’re excited to have someone with his skills.”
Dookhi is familiar with township life, having worked in KwaThema and Ratanda. “I’m here to serve Tsakane,” he said. “I know the community, and I feel at home here.” His role as branch commander includes managing case dockets, tracking down suspects, and ensuring they face justice if found guilty.
Dookhi is also focused on building trust with the community. “The important thing is trust. People see things but are often afraid to share. I’m here to support my community, and I encourage anyone with information to come forward.”
