John Shabangu, late 40’s, was last seen on the 27th of February 2025 on Thursday night, around 21:30 , after he had left to see some friends. His friends, which are his colleagues, confirmed his arrival and were as much as confused when they heard he was missing.
Nobody knows what happened to John on his way back, but his vehicle was recovered the following day of the 28th February 2025, by Kathorus Crime Watch – stripped off, at roundabout 3am, at Vosloorus, EXT 28. The police were able to be in touch with the Shabangu family after the car was recovered.
Only God knows where the culprits took Mr Shabangu to after the hijacking, but the case is being handled by the police, and they have ensured the family that justice will prevail.
