Nandi Faya hailing from KwaZulu-Natal is a 21-year-old female artist that loves music.
Starting at a young age, Faya always kept a book and a pen to write her own songs but then realized when she started singing at the ACM at school and church that she could actually sing.
Released her first feature single called Uthandabani which managed to get airplay’s on Radio stations such as Ukhozi FM, Gagasi FM, and Capewilens Fm just to name a few, also shot a music video that streams on Chanel O and MTV base.
She has now released a song called “Iminyango”.
This song aims to encourage people who are chasing after their dreams to keep on working hard and believing.
“What motivated the lyrics of Iminyango is the story of my life. I was always thinking a breakthrough will happen but always got disappointments. I kept fighting either way. I really see myself succeeding as a musician not only locally but internationally.
Faya aims to build and inspire.
“I sing about social illnesses and solutions for them. I want to be one of the best artists that continue to raise the South African flag high,” she ended.
