The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to inform residents in parts of Vosloorus that ongoing repairs to the damaged Vosloorus Extension 9 reservoir are causing low water pressure to no water during peak hours and high-demand periods.
Repairs are expected to be concluded by Monday, 31 March 2025. While repairs are underway, water supply is being maintained through smaller reservoirs in the area.
The areas will be affected as follows:
• Portions of Vosloorus Extension 2: No water supply
• Portions of Vosloorus extensions 11, 13, and 28: Low water pressure
Roving water tankers have been deployed at the following locations:
• Zakhe Road;
• Zathu Road;
• Dikgwading Street;
• Tsie Road;
• Douglas Montseng Road;
• Xabashe;
• Sepeng Street;
• Mbatha Road; and
• Lenao Cl.
