As successful as Pandora world paints is doing as a business today, it has faced several challenges including lack of funds, trouble finding good employees and difficulties balancing growth and quality.
“When I was a child, every time one of my friends or family members would paint, I would also want to join them, and they would also tell me that I was a very colourful child which is why I loved painting, and I told myself that I would own a paint shop one day.” This inspired him to have his own company, which he brought to life. “That has helped me to do something I love and passionate about.” he said. With the same love, the passion and consistency, he is today the one who is increasing brand awareness and finding customers without being a household brand.
“Well, I’ve always loved painting and being colourful since a young age and it has inspired me, showing me the bright side of life with colours, and I wanted to help people see beauty through it. The paintings I mostly invest in are decorative and industrial painting. We don’t just manufacture paint, but we apply it.”
The name Pandora means, Mr Mogorosi explained, ‘All gifted’. Alternatively, ‘a gift to all’, and that is his way of giving back to the community at affordable prices.
